Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Irene Luxury, you agree to the following terms. These policies are designed to ensure transparency regarding our refund and return methods and procedures. Please note that these policies apply exclusively to customers in the United States.

14-Day Return Policy

Return validity period: within 14 days from the date you actually sign for the goods (based on the logistics receipt record).

Return Conditions & Shipping Fee

Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Quality Issues: If the return is due to a defect or mistake on our side, the company will cover the return shipping cost.

Large or Fragile Crystal Chandeliers: Usually not eligible for unconditional returns, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the order (size, color, style).

  • The product has manufacturing defects.

Return Process
  • Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at support@ireneluxury.com to initiate the return process.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you have provided.
  • Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.
Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Return Shipping Fee

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Custom or Personalized Orders: Refunds are not supported for customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ireneluxury.com

with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment
  • Custom products: Cancellation is not accepted.

  • Non-custom products: You can cancel for free within 24 hours of placing the order by replying to the order confirmation email.
